Backed by Wendel since summer 2023, Scalian is rolling out its strategy of strengthening its industrial footprint by bringing a Senior Vice-President dedicated to the subject into its Executive Committee. The Group, which is aiming to exceed €1 billion in revenue by 2025, is focusing its development on key industrial accounts.
Marie de Saint Salvy is bringing to Scalian her 15 years of industrial experience, with a mainly operations/programmes profile.
She spent five years with Naval Group and five with Safran before successfully leading CS Group from 2020 to 2023.
Marie joined Scalian as Senior Vice-President Industry on 1 December of this year. Her primary objective is to develop the Group’s embedded systems and engineering activities in order to achieve technological differentiation for major industrial customers.
This approach is fully in line with Scalian’s strategy of bringing IT and OT together to enhance its customers’ performance.
A graduate of the École Normale Supérieure (Economics) and the École Nationale d’Administration, Marie de Saint Salvy began her career in the French Ministry of the Armed Forces.
“I’m very pleased to welcome Marie into our team. Scalian is growing fast and needs to attract new talent to support its expansion. Marie’s professional background and expertise are major assets for us, and I’d like to give her a warm welcome to Scalian.”
