Scalian Academy, our training centre

Our training centre offers and runs nearly 90 training programmes that draw on the expertise of more than 40 in-house experts, all specialised and recognised in their field.

Our trainers have all been previously coached and trained in educational engineering and training facilitation. The Scalian Academy has QUALIOPI certification and therefore provides quality training, recognised as meeting the requirements of the market and regulations. Training or becoming a trainer has never been easier at Scalian!

A personalised career path

Having career paths organised by business line enables each employee to be more proactive. They can define the most appropriate development plan, together with their manager. Under this development plan, they can also examine which assignment opportunities to seize or the most suitable bridges between professions, to enable them to progress or train in a new sector or a related job.

To help them do this, we provide information on our BeScalian app (in France) about job opportunities or assignments available within the Group, but also through dedicated events.

In 2022, nearly 1680 employees chose to improve their skills or learn one of the 12 modern languages available on the GoFluent* online platform.
