Scalian Group deploys a two-pronged information security programme: the protection of personal data
and the information systems security.
Protection of personal data
Confidentiality is important to our employees and representatives. We endeavour to be as clear as possible about how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store personal information, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation) and national laws on the protection of personal data.
We have put in place a Group policy for personal data protection and dedicated governance under an independent Data Protection Officer (DPO).
All processing of personal data is reviewed annually to identify any deviations and implement corrective and communication measures.
Information systems security
In today’s connected world, we all depend on critical IT infrastructure, which needs safeguarding as a matter of priority to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Cybersecurity is therefore a major challenge for all the Group’s interested parties. Since 2017, our Global Management System has included the requirements of ISO 27001:2013, in order to control risks, ensure service continuity, guarantee control of our intangible assets and maintain the trust of interested parties by defending the integrity and confidentiality of information (client, industrial, personal, etc.).
