Fanny MERCIECA, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, is a strategic director at Scalian. She is a graduate from Bishops’ University in Canada and from Sciences-Po Paris, with a 10 years’ experience in investment banking, including 2 years spent in the USA.
Throughout her career, Fanny has played a key role in the completion of numerous external growth operations, in both industry and services, in France and internationally.
In May 2015, Fanny joined the prestigious investment bank Lincoln International as Vice President. She is fluent in three languages: French, English and Spanish.
Since joining Scalian in 2019, Fanny has been in charge of external growth projects, from the study of opportunities to the acquisition or partnership operations. She works closely with members of the Executive Committee and business teams to close such ambitious projects.
