Consumer goods
A leading French retail group wanted to energise its stores with interactive digital kiosks. The goal: enhance the customer experience, showcase marketing content, and offer new services. We proposed a turnkey solution combining hardware and software applications. The kiosks — equipped with a large screen, an iPad, and a thermal printer — are designed, manufactured, and deployed on-site. They include several modules: price comparison, loyalty programme access, digital catalogue browsing, product presentation, in-store reservation, and item location. This initiative enabled our client to modernise their point of sale while strengthening customer engagement through an interactive, personalised experience.
Luxury
An international luxury house is rolling out a new PoS system across 450 boutiques to strengthen its omnichannel approach and enhance the customer experience. We managed this strategic project using Agile methodology to ensure efficiency and adoption. A PMO supports the programme director, structures the Agile framework, and oversees global deployment. The Scrum Master ensures Agile rituals are properly followed, while a QA testing strategy monitors the impact on existing systems and secures data integration and migration. To support change, a Change Manager designs a bespoke training plan tailored to each store and its teams, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
Public service
The French Road Safety Directorate launched a reform of the driving licence system to make it faster, more accessible, and more secure. We supported this transformation by defining the digital modernisation of the licence management system and integrating an innovation-driven approach. Proxy Product Owners oversaw the rollout of the first online services for users and managed change across the entire programme, from regional pilots to nationwide deployment. In parallel, we implemented a data-enhancement strategy for Road Safety and developed data products that generate insights to support public decision-making. This structural project contributes to modernising public services and strengthening administrative efficiency.
