In a politically, economically, and socially uncertain context, Scalian reaffirms its dedication to responsible growth. For several months now, we have chosen to strengthen our ESG policy, convinced that sustainability and performance go hand in hand.
Our approach is rooted in our Purpose – Humans & Technology to scale up sustainable performance – and is now reflected in concrete commitments.

  • An Ambitious Environmental Transition: As part of our environmental and climate commitment, we are aligning with the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) to reduce our scope 1 and 2 emissions by 54% and scope 3 emissions by 61%* by 2033. We are implementing tangible actions for climate mitigation and adaptation by optimizing resource management, reducing energy consumption, and promoting circular economy practices.
  • A Strengthened Social Commitment: Aware of our societal role, we are committed to fostering inclusion, diversity, and employee well-being. We actively support talent development: each year, 65 % of our employees undergo training to enhance their skills. We also promote diversity across our professions and aim to have 30 % of managerial roles held by women.
  • Responsible and Transparent Governance: We are strengthening our governance by integrating increasingly stringent ethics and compliance principles. Our ESG steering committees are fully mobilized to ensure the implementation and monitoring of our commitments, notably through rigorous and transparent non-financial reporting.
