Caroline Nancy has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources development. After working for two years for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Argentina, she spent six years as Recruitment and Career Manager at Pierre Fabre Laboratories in the Toulouse region.
In 2008, she joined PWC in Paris as HR Manager, before becoming HR Director France for accounting activities and then for auditing.
She joined Scalian as Group Human Resources Director and member of the Executive Committee in September 2017. Her main task is to promote the Group’s people development: employer brand, recruitment, management, training, talent, engagement and social aspects.
Caroline Nancy is a graduate in Psychology (École des Psychologues Praticiens).
