To maintain its competitive position, PARADE needed to innovate.
As a subsidiary of the ERAM group, a specialist in safety footwear and the French leader in its market, PARADE needed to innovate in order to stand out from its very present Asian competitors. Innovation was therefore the option chosen to achieve this objective.
The challenge was to be supported in three areas: acculturation to new technologies, acquiring the right methodologies to innovate and being able to experiment and test the different approaches proposed.
Discover how PARADE managed to distinguish itself through innovation. Franck Cherel, President of PARADE and Margot Battesti, Digital Transformation expert at Scalian, talk about the project.
