Flagship use cases
ServiceNow automation and IT services streamlining
An international retailer specializing in its sector entrusted us with managing its ServiceNow platform, providing support across ITSM, ITOM (Orchestration), and ITAM domains. Our teams handle the entire application lifecycle, from design to integration, notably creating a unified portal with a modular and intuitive design that simplifies user access to services.
We also implemented a service catalog automating workflows and approval processes to speed up service delivery and optimize costs. Finally, through ServiceNow orchestration, manual tasks involving external systems have been automated, enhancing the IT department’s operational agility.
PPM to ServiceNow migration
We carried out the migration of a financial institution project management application to ServiceNow, aiming for strategic optimization. Change management support involved 600 users with diverse roles (project managers, PMOs, resource managers, etc.) to ensure a smooth transition. We managed the entire project: mapping existing functionalities, integrating optimized processes within the ServiceNow standard, and configuring a scope covering demand, program, project, resource, and time management. Interfaces were implemented with Workday, Jira, Tableau, and Cognos.
Results included improved user experience, optimized resource allocation, enhanced financial control, and a 30% reduction in licensing costs compared to the previous solution.
Digitalization of product development lifecycle
As part of its sustainable development strategy, an industrial company launched a project to redesign its product development lifecycle management, involving multiple departments (marketing, R\&D, quality, procurement, production, etc.). We designed and implemented a dedicated solution called “Product Workcycle Development” on the ServiceNow platform. Deployed in France (120 users), Germany (80 users), and in Spain and Italy (200 users), the application is scalable, modular, and easily adaptable to workflow adjustments. It enables progressive structuring of project/product data and harmonization of processes on an international scale.
The results include measurable productivity gains, modernization of product lifecycle management, and improved key performance indicators—especially submission timelines.
