Graduate of a business school and Paris-Dauphine University, William Rozé has solid international experience in consulting and engineering.
In 2001, he joined Altran Toulouse, where he led a subsidiary dedicated to engineering activities in aeronautics, space, and defense, and helped launch the group’s first outsourced R&D programs.
He subsequently held several executive roles at Altran, becoming a member of the Executive Committee in 2015. He served as Managing Director, France (2014–2018), then Deputy Group CEO responsible for European operations.
As Executive Director of Capgemini Engineering and a member of the Capgemini Group Executive Committee, William Rozé led Capgemini Engineering from 2021 to 2025, and joined the Group Executive Committee in 2022.
His appointment to lead Scalian on September 15, 2025 marks a new stage in the Group’s development, with the objective of surpassing €1 billion in revenue, strengthening innovation momentum, accelerating international expansion, and consolidating the Group’s position as a leading player in its markets.
