Marielle Raulin Foissac

Chief Financial Officer

A graduate of ESSEC Business School with a Master’s  in Business Law, Marielle Raulin Foissac began her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen in 1993 before joining the Lafarge group in 1997 as Financial Controller. She joined Materis in 2001, a private equity baked spin-off of Lafarge, as FP&A Director of the Aluminates division, before being promoted  Chief Financial Officer in 2008. In this role, she led the sale of this business to PE firm Astorg. She joined Imerys in 2017 where she held several senior financial leadership positions. In 2023, she was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer of Calderys and played a pivotal role to establishing the group as a standalone business following the carve-out from Imerys and successfully navigating the merger with the US group HWI.

Marielle Raulin-Foissac has a strong track record in performance management and in financial transformation demonstrated in listed groups or private equity-backed companies. She has led post-merger integrations, financing transactions and the implementation of new performance management tools.
