Appointment of Nicolas Viala as Chief Operating Officer France at Scalian – Effective since January 2026
This appointment is part of the Group’s ongoing development strategy and aims to strengthen the operational performance of its activities in the French market.
Having been with the Group for thirteen years, Nicolas Viala has played a key role in the development of Scalian’s Operations Excellence division, both in France and internationally. Since January 2026, he has been overseeing all French operations and ensuring the operational deployment of the strategy defined by William Rozé, CEO of the Group, and Jean-Charles de Borda, COO Europe.
A graduate of EDHEC Business School, where he earned a Master in Management and an MSc in Strategic Management, Nicolas Viala began his career at Bull as Project Director and later Business Unit Manager. He then joined Eurogiciel in 2012 and became Director of its subsidiary Scalian ETOP.
Within Scalian, he successively held several executive roles, including Deputy General Manager and Executive Managing Director, actively contributing to the structuring and growth of the Group before being appointed COO France.
In his new role, Nicolas Viala will focus on three strategic priorities:
