A strong HR foundation supporting growth and team proximity

A comprehensive and enhanced employee benefits offering

Scalian has developed a robust social benefits package designed to facilitate employees’ daily lives and support work-life balance, notably through a flexible remote work policy. Initiatives related to parenthood, sustainable mobility, and skills development have been significantly strengthened.

The recent implementation of a peer-support platform, open to all employees, provides additional support for personal concerns. This complements a Disability Agreement that has been active for nearly two years.

A clear and structured competency framework

A shared competency framework is deployed across the Group to secure career paths and ensure professional development. It is fully integrated into managerial practices and supported by the Scalian Academy, which has expanded its training programs and rolled out co-development workshops.

Enhanced listening channels and dialogue

New feedback channels and regular exchanges between management and teams have helped establish a culture based on trust, proximity, and transparency.

“To better identify, recognize, and mobilize our employees’ skills, we are currently deploying a tool across the 12 countries where we operate to better connect our talents with our opportunities. Beyond technology, this is a true lever for recognition.”
— Caroline Nancy, Group Chief Human Resources Officer
