Data and digital continuity are reshaping aerospace operations, and Scalian is at the core of this shift. For a major aircraft OEM, we developed an AI-powered anomaly detection tool for engine test data, enabling daily automated analysis and accelerating faulty sensor replacement. We also built a massive simulation platform for complex flight management systems, using machine learning to test FMS behavior comprehensively and significantly cut validation cycle times.
End-to-end engineering for space programs covers embedded software development under ECSS standards and on-board system design, as well as ground segment quality assurance and cybersecurity. For CNES, we delivered quality assurance across aerostat systems and Earth observation ground segments. For Thales Alenia Space, we defined preliminary cybersecurity architectures for the Galileo satellite control centre upgrade, a critical sovereign infrastructure at the heart of European space resilience.
