Industrial maturity
As part of a strategic operational excellence plan aimed at positioning our client among the top suppliers in their market, Scalian conducted maturity assessments across eight industrial sites in four countries. Our team of experts structured the improvement plan and engaged employees in the project by coaching ambassadors to drive the transformation and change.
Operational Excellence
We supported a leader in the electric mobility sector facing challenges in a highly demanding environment. Recurring delivery delays from their suppliers were impacting the ramp-up of production at their manufacturing sites. We then led operational excellence initiatives with these suppliers to implement a ramp-up plan, doubling their OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) within 4 months.
Supply Chain Planning
As part of its ambition to become a leader in the renewable energy market, a photovoltaic panel company entrusted us with structuring its industrial planning. We designed a data model to improve forecast reliability, anticipate net requirements, project cash flow, and assess logistics capacity.
Simultaneously, the implementation and facilitation of the S\&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process helped align operational decisions with growth objectives, thereby enhancing the organization’s overall agility and performance.
Advanced Product Quality Planning
A major industrial player in the defense sector was evaluating the benefits of adopting APQP in its development processes. Within this framework, we were tasked with leading the deployment of the EN9145 standard on several pilot products. We conducted a detailed gap analysis between their procedures and the standard, assessed team competency levels, and delivered training and coaching sessions on APQP and quality tools. Our facilitation around these tools enabled better adoption of the concepts and benefits among all project stakeholders.
