Thales center of services
Through a dedicated PMO Service Center focused on Land and Air Systems activities, we have been supporting a major player in the sector since 2018. Our teams manage and optimize strategic projects ranging from systems engineering to budget consolidation. This center notably oversees the development of an electro-optical system for military aviation, radar budget management, and the coordination of an aerial surveillance project. By structuring and securing these complex programs, Scalian contributes to the successful delivery of industrial projects in a highly demanding technological sector.
Naval Group center of services
We support our clients through a dedicated PMO Service Center specializing in the management of complex projects in the naval defense sector. Since 2022, our experts have been managing the planning of the combat system for a nuclear submarine, as well as coordinating the Major Technical Overhaul No. 3 of the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle. The center also oversees the qualification of the combat system on the SWIF integration platform. Thanks to its advanced project management expertise, Scalian contributes to the success of major technological challenges vital for maritime sovereignty and security.
Safran center of services
Since 2019, Scalian has supported the ramp-up of the LEAP engine through a dedicated PMO Service Center managing several strategic projects. Our experts oversee the implementation of SHOP, the planning of the “RISE” program aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions, and the techno-economic monitoring of multi-BU initiatives. Thanks to a rigorous approach that includes risk analysis, project performance, and Planisware administration, the center optimizes management and hybrid project control practices. Scalian thus provides key expertise to support major transformations in the aerospace sector.

Implementation of a distributed, transnational PMO Service Center supporting the project management activities of over 200 specialists. Our results-driven model relies on the efficiency of our delivery frameworks as well as the outsourcing of certain activities and projects to Bestshore centers.
