Franck Gormand has over 30 years of experience in international project management. After starting out as Quality Assurance Manager at an SME in Grenoble, he spent three years with the British operational consulting firm Peter Chadwick, where he led industrial optimisation projects across Europe and Africa. He then moved to Montreal for five years and worked as Multidisciplinary Project Manager at the telecom operator Fido.
In 2004, he joined the Altran Group in Toulouse. After working first as a consultant for Airbus and Siemens VDO, he took charge of delivery and of the shift towards outsourced projects. His scope grew from Toulouse to France Regions, and he also took an active part in the Group’s global transformation projects. In 2017, he moved to Porto to lead delivery at Altran’s Global Engineering Center.
In 2019, he combined his entrepreneurial drive with his love of sport by opening a bicycle shop in Toulouse, which he ran for five years before selling it. He then joined Capgemini Engineering to lead project delivery for Airbus divisions in France.
He joined Scalian in 2026 as Chief Delivery Officer and member of the Executive Committee. His main task is to industrialise and internationalise the Group’s delivery and to connect its expertise across the network for the benefit of its clients.
Franck Gormand holds a degree from an International Business School (3A – Africa, Asia, Latin America) and a diploma in Quality Assurance.
