During European Sustainable Development Week, Scalian is sharing the Executive Summary of its 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting the Group’s key achievements and progress across its environmental, social and governance priorities, as well as the actions taken to build sustainable performance over time.
2025 in key figures
In 2025, Scalian continued to strengthen its ESG commitments, with tangible progress across several key areas.
On the environmental front, the Group achieved a 35% reduction in carbon emissions between 2023 and 2025, while 91% of the electricity consumed came from renewable sources. Scalian is also pursuing its long-term climate ambitions, with its near- and long-term science-based emissions reduction targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), confirming its commitment to achieving science-based net-zero.
Supporting employees throughout their careers remains a key priority, with 64% participating in regular performance and career development reviews in 2025.
In terms of governance and data security, zero critical incidents involving client data were recorded in 2025, reflecting Scalian’s continued focus on protecting information and strengthening cybersecurity practices.
