Scalian consolidates its consulting business with the acquisition of OneFirst

Scalian is strengthening its consulting business and its presence in the luxury and retail sectors by acquiring OneFirst, an expert in information systems management and digital transformation applied to supply chain and retail issues.

OneFirst, functional and business expertise in digital transformation

OneFirst’s functional and business expertise enables it to work on organisations’ major digital transformation programmes, as well as in the implementation of application solutions geared towards industry and e-commerce issues. It is an acknowledged specialist in the fashion, luxury and retail sectors.
The firm supports its clients through four business lines: Project Management, implementation of Business Solutions and applications, Digital Transformation, and Data Intelligence & Performance.
Following the integration of Noveane earlier this year, Scalian’s Strategy & Transformation consultancy division now boasts 300 consultants in France and 450 internationally, specialising in consulting from strategic alignment through to the deployment of transformation vectors.

Scalian’s consulting division scaled up for the future

The arrival of OneFirst’s experts further consolidates our consulting division alongside Noveane, which joined us in early 2022. With OneFirst, we are expanding our sector presence, especially in luxury and retail, and supplementing the services we offer around PLM and B2C.
The two founders of OneFirst led their company to revenues of €15M in June 2022 solely through organic growth, thanks to their acknowledged business and sector expertise.
With this momentum, all Scalian’s Strategy and Transformation activities now offer synergies with our other two divisions (Digital Systems and Operations Management), and are expected to account for €60 million in revenue within two years.
