Our recruitment process combines proximity, speed and high standards, based on structured technical assessments conducted by our experts and direct interaction with our managers.

Our onboarding process starts as soon as your contract is signed! We will put you in touch with our technical and sales teams before your arrival.

Our employees’ integration is monitored over the first 6 months. This process aims to give our new recruits all the keys they need to succeed in their jobs, in terms of the client projects assigned to them, and to help them integrate fully in their working environments and communities.

Onboarding pathway

From the outset, you will be able to:

  • Meet your line manager and technical manager at the three meetings that are part of our recruitment process
  • Learn about Scalian and our state of mind, discuss our projects and organisation
  • Benefit from a personalised welcome within the agency (at our Welcome Meeting), as well as regular follow-up with your line manager and the HR team (Scalian Pact, new-recruit feedback report)
