With over 20 years of recognized expertise in engineering, aerospace, space, defense, and automotive, William Roz\u00e9 embodies an\u00a0ambitious vision<\/strong>\u00a0resolutely focused on\u00a0innovation<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0collective performance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For the past five years, he has served as CEO of Capgemini Engineering, while also sitting on the Executive Committee of the\u00a0Capgemini Group<\/a>. His career has been marked by steady progression within Altran, where he successively held the position of Managing Director France for four years, before being appointed Deputy CEO of the Group in 2018, responsible for Europe. He then oversaw the integration of Altran within Capgemini, becoming CEO of\u00a0Capgemini Engineering<\/a>\u00a0in 2021.<\/p>\n

His arrival at the head of Scalian marks a\u00a0new stage in the Group\u2019s development<\/strong>, with the goal of\u00a0surpassing \u20ac1 billion in revenue<\/a>, strengthening\u00a0innovation<\/strong>\u00a0momentum, driving\u00a0international expansion<\/strong>, and consolidating Scalian\u2019s position as a leading player in its markets.<\/p>\n
