Noveane joins Scalian

Scalian and Noveane announce that they have signed an agreement that will see Noveane join Scalian Group in order to become a market leader in the field of digital and organisational transformation projects by combining their technological and business expertise.

This acquisition is in line with Scalian’s 2024 strategic plan, which aims for the Group to reach a critical mass of €500M in revenue through its pan-European activities in management consulting, transformation and digital systems. Supported by a solid shareholder base, Scalian has made three major acquisitions since 2019 – in Germany (Tagueri) and Spain (Indizen and Agensys) – and the company continues to pursue an active policy of integrating strategic partners that share its values.

Noveane, expertise across the whole transformation chain

With more than 100 employees and forecast revenue of €15M in 2022, Noveane was founded in 2001 (under the name ISPA Consulting) and is based in Paris. Today, it is acknowledged as a specialist consultancy firm that masters every stage in the transformation process linked to new technologies and new forms of organisation (strategy, project management, coordination, implementation of solutions with relevant specialised tools), essentially for national and local public authorities, as well as large groups in the health and banking & insurance sectors.

Its business activities are split into two complementary areas:

1. activities related to business transformation (from strategy consulting to in-company deployment and stabilisation of processes, including project management and coordination), drawing on the expertise of nearly 40 certified consultants (MSP® Foundation, PMP, PSM, SAFe POPM),
2. the construction and implementation of digital solutions (from the choice of technological and business-specific approaches to their implementation and integration in the company using the most advanced agile practices), thanks to strategic partnerships with the main providers of project portfolio management solutions (ServiceNow – Premier Partner, Broadcom, Planview, Virage, Triskell, etc.) and over 35 certified consultants.
